Friday, July 24th Drum Corps International regional competition will be held at Gadsden High School.  Show starts at 7pm.  We will leave from the Etowah Band Room at 6:15pm sharp.

July 31st – Ad Money for Football Program is due to be turned in by the end of Band Camp at 5pm.

Days and Times will be announced depending on progress made during Band Camp.

 

August 29th – Photo Fund Raiser

We are selling $10 tickets to a family portrait session to be held at the Band Room.  The $10 ticket gets the buyer one 10x13 portrait.  Rainbow Studios is the photographer.  This fundraiser is pure profit for the boosters.  The more tickets we sell, the more money we make.

Arrive – suggested time to arrive at school:  unload truck and get in uniform (home games), get in uniform (away games), etc.

 

In Seats – students are to be in their seats in uniform with instrument (when applicable) ready to begin.

 

Return – this is an estimated time in which a game will end (home), or we will return to the High School (away games and contests).  Please pick up your student(s) in a timely manner.

 

Home FB Games – students are not allowed on the EMS campus until 5:00.  Parents must make arrangements for students that have to stay after school.  Students who drive must park in the fenced-in area beside the 7th Grade Building.

 

We will not stop to eat unless announced.  Please make sure that your student(s) has eaten before arriving at the Band Room.

 

If needed, changes to the times listed above will be made and announced at the soonest available time.
